Jay is a native Hoosier, growing up in Milan, IN, and coming to Bloomington to study at IU. He fell in love with the city and decided to stay. He has 25 years in the hospitality industry, and he understands how important it is to listen to his clients. He believes his greatest value is to serve others with honor and fairness. Jay has been a Realtor for over 10 years and also has been a project manager in redeveloping over a dozen single family residences in the Indianapolis and Bloomington markets. He spent a couple of those years working for a well known builder in Bloomington and has a good knowledge of the building process. Jay partners with his college sweetheart wife, Wendy, and together they bring a powerful team to help both buyers and sellers.
